In addition, when using particular services or materials on this site, users shall be subject to any posted rules applicable to such services or materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Use. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms of Use from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms of Use and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use. However, for any material modifications to the Terms of Use or in the event that such modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, such amended Terms of Use will automatically be effective upon the earlier of (i) your continued use of this site with actual knowledge of such modifications, or (ii) 30 days from publication of such modified Terms of Use on this site. As used in these Terms of Use, references to our “Affiliates” include our owners, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, suppliers, partners, sponsors, and advertisers, and includes (without limitation) all parties involved in creating, producing, and/or delivering this site and/or its contents.
Overview of our Services:
To uphold the quality of the Epiic Assistants experience, we have established our terms of service for mutual benefit. If these rules are breached, it implies a violation of the terms of service, which might lead to your account termination.
Tasks assigned to your Epiic Assistant are exclusive to you. Transferring, selling, or gifting tasks from your plan isn’t permitted, but you’re welcome to purchase a plan for others—they’ll appreciate it, and so will we. Your Epiic Assistants account also remains with the original registrant.
All Epiic Assistants plans follow a weekly hour cap based on the plan type. Unused hours from one week won’t roll over to the next.
Epiic Assistants may adjust monthly subscription rates up or down after the contractual period for various reasons without prior notice. Listed Prices might include additional fees for custom solutions beyond the standard services offered by our Epiic Assistants.
If a payment method is declined, the Client has a 48-hour window to rectify it. Failing to do so allows Epiic Assistants to either pause or terminate the service until payment is settled.
Any agreement or endeavor between a client and Epiic Assistant that sidesteps the Epiic Assistants payment system is a severe breach of this agreement and is subject to termination without refund.
Term:
All Epiic Assistants plans operate on monthly agreements at displayed or agreed-upon rates, starting from the day your Epiic Assistant begins work. It starts with a 30-day minimum commitment and then becomes monthly. Your first charge coincides with your onboarding date with your Epiic Assistant. Following charges are around the start of each month.
Tasks & Requests:
Assign tasks to your Epiic Assistant through phone, email, or SMS. Multiple tasks can be submitted simultaneously. You’ll have a dedicated Epiic Assistant for your needs. Changing Epiic Assistants can be requested at no extra charge. We’ll process this change within a timeframe we deem reasonable, typically 1-2 weeks.

Understanding and agreeing to these terms means you commit to keeping your requests within our business scope.
Ownership and Confidentiality:
If an Epiic Assistant produces something unique for you, like research, reports, or templates (“Work Product”), Epiic Assistants allows you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-transferable license to use this Work Product for both personal and business needs.
To clarify, your confidential details and intellectual property remain solely yours. If any such information is part of the Work Product, it will be removed before Epiic Assistants shares it with a third party.
In these Terms of Service, confidential information pertains to non-public details you share with Epiic Assistants or an Epiic Assistant that you reasonably expect to remain undisclosed. It excludes any information that’s publicly available, known to Epiic Assistants prior to your sharing, independently established by Epiic Assistants, or legally mandated to be disclosed.
Your intellectual property covers patents, trademarks, copyrights, and insights or ideas shared during the Work Product’s creation.
Guarantee & Warranty:
There’s no guarantee on the tasks or projects undertaken by your Epiic Assistant. We pledge to offer accurate and efficient information, but if there’s an error, while we’ll regret it, we cannot be held legally responsible.
Service Termination:
We may end an Epiic Assistants client’s service anytime for any reason. If so, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any prepaid duration. Reasons for termination might include:
Regularly asking for tasks outside the plan’s scope without adjustment.
Misbehaving with any Epiic Assistant.
Requesting illegal or unethical tasks.
A 30-day notice is needed to terminate the service.
Non-Solicitation Clause:
I acknowledge that Epiic Assistants has made substantial investments in recruiting, training and matching skilled Epiic Assistants assistants with each of its members including me, and that Epiic Assistants has a legitimate interest in earning a reasonable return on those investments. I also acknowledge that Epiic Assistants has agreements with Epiic Assistants assistants that protect this interest by requiring that Epiic Assistants assistants obtain Epiic Assistants’s prior written consent before accepting any direct engagement (whether as an employee, consultant, contractor or otherwise) with the Epiic Assistants member to whom they were assigned. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I agree that during my membership and for a period of twenty four (24) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with Epiic Assistants for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, I shall not directly or indirectly solicit any Epiic Assistants assistant who is assigned to me at that time or who was assigned to me within the six months preceding termination of my relationship with Epiic Assistants to leave his or her employment with Epiic Assistants and to work for me in any engagement directly or indirectly. I shall also not directly or indirectly solicit any Epiic Assistants assistant referral, friend, family or acquaintance. Should any solicitation by me become a substantial factor resulting in a Epiic Assistants assistant leaving Epiic Assistants and accepting an engagement with me directly or indirectly without Epiic Assistants’s consent, I agree to pay Epiic Assistants as liquidated damages calculated to compensate Epiic Assistants for its lost investments and not as a penalty of any kind, a one-time fee equivalent to two years of my monthly Epiic Assistants subscription in effect at the most recent date that the Epiic Assistants assistant had been assigned to me by Epiic Assistants.

Epiic Assistants can modify these terms without notice at its sole discretion.
