- What does unlimited graphic design mean?
- You get access to our award-winning design team for everything from website graphics and animated GIFs to printed materials and packaging. Submit your graphic design request and receive your custom design within 1 business day. Repeat as many times as you need.
- What is the turnaround time?
- Usually, our designers will have your request back to you within 1 business day. Complex requests such as a full website design, large illustration sets, and pitch decks take longer. Turnaround times are impacted by:
- The complexity of the design
- How many of your requests we’re currently working on
- How clear your instructions are
- Will you design my whole website in 1 day?
- Basic graphic design tasks take, on average, 1 business day to complete. However, tasks like website design, presentation decks, and infographics are more complex, so they take more time to be completed. You’ll receive a first draft or wireframe of a page within the business day.
- How does the queue work?
- We’ll complete one of your designs at a time before starting the next. One of our designers can complete one standard task each day, so more complex or larger design tasks take longer than one business day.
Once your design is complete, you can review it and ask for a revision if you need any changes. A revision is usually the equivalent of a standard design task.
While Epiic designers work on one task per day, you can place several requests at once if you want. If you need to prioritize the order of your projects, simply drag your design requests into the correct order on your project list page. - What’s the difference between the Pro, Double, and Double+ plans?
- All plans include unlimited design services. However, they do vary by the output.
- With the Pro plan, a designer delivers what we call a ‘single output’ each business day. A single output is one average-size task.
- With a Double plan, we provide double the output, which means 2x one average-sized task per business day.
- With Double+ you get same-day delivery.
- What if I want more than 2 designers?
- No problem! Whether you’re a large creative agency or a business with high-volume design needs, our design team is here for you. To get started, schedule a discovery call with our epiic sales team and we’ll create a custom subscription that serves your unique graphic design needs.
- What if I dislike a design?
- If you receive a design that you’re unhappy with, request a revision and our design team will improve it, whether you need a few changes, a different style, or a complete do-over. Our platform lets you click on any part of the design you want changed so you can add comments and let the designer know what you want done. We prioritize revisions so you’ll get yours back fast.
You never have to worry about being stuck with a design you don’t like. We offer unlimited revisions, and you can switch your designer at any time with one click. - What is the 30-day money back guarantee?
- We offer a full refund for your subscription within the first 30 days after your start date. If you don’t like the designs we created for you, let us know and we’ll give you your money back. It’s that simple.
- Am I locked into a long-term contract?
- Nope. Contracts are too limiting, so we don’t use them. Our monthly subscription plans can be paused or canceled at any time if you don’t want to renew yours.
- Who owns the rights to the designs?
- They’re all yours! You retain 100% ownership of the designs once you approve them. This includes the actual design and the source files. If you want to change the designs in the future, go ahead. You have the freedom to use them however you want.
- What does unlimited brands mean?
- You can use your unlimited design subscription for as many different brands or visual identities as you want. This means you can request designs for your own customers, multiple business ventures, or anything else. Because we offer a white label solution, you can also use our platform with your branding, not epiic’s, and present it as your own in-house design service to your customers.
